Service Job

Can You Captivate Tivoli’s Guests?
You’re the first to step in when others need help, and it brings you joy to make a difference for others.
Tivoli’s guests have high expectations for a day filled with awe-inspiring experiences. That’s where your role as a service employee comes into play. You help create unforgettable moments and meet guests’ needs with exceptional service.
Tivoli’s guests have high expectations for a day filled with awe-inspiring experiences. That’s where your role as a service employee comes into play. You help create unforgettable moments and meet guests’ needs with exceptional service.
A typical workday can last anywhere between 4 and 13 hours, and you need to enjoy working while others are off. It’s important that you like being outdoors, even on days when the weather isn’t ideal.
Tivoli welcomes guests from all over the world, so it’s essential that you speak both Danish and English. You must be at least 15 years old to apply for a position at our food outlets and at least 18 years old for other positions.
As a service employee at Tivoli, you will work in one of three areas, all of which share the goal of giving guests memorable experiences they’ll talk about long after their visit.
Ride & Park Attendant
As a ride or park attendant, you’ll either operate attractions or manage the park’s entrances. As a ride attendant, you’re the one sending off guests with a smile on exciting rides. One moment, you’re helping a young child enjoy their first ride in the Veteran Cars, creating a magical experience. The next, you’re securing guests safely into The Golden Tower, offering a reassuring and confident presence. As a park attendant, you’ll be stationed at the entrances, warmly welcoming guests to Tivoli. You’ll also be a visible, welcoming, and attentive presence as you patrol the park, ensuring guests’ safety and well-being. You’re always ready to assist, whether it’s giving directions or responding in urgent situations.

Food & Beverage Staff
At Tivoli’s food outlets, you might work in a stall, as a server in a restaurant, or in the kitchen. On busy days, you might sell 300 burgers, 200 cotton candies, or 1.000 cups of coffee.
You greet each guest with a smile and chat about their experience in the park while you steam milk, fetch a highchair, or spin cotton candy. You also make sure your workspace stays clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.

Ticket Sales
As a member of our ticket sales team, you’re often the first person Tivoli’s guests meet as they excitedly prepare for their visit. You’ll work in our ticket booths, call center, and Service Center. On busy days, Tivoli may welcome up to 30,000 visitors, and you might interact with around 3,000 of them.
You quickly sense the type of service each guest needs and are both patient and efficient, one moment guiding an international couple through the experiences that await them, and the next assisting a family whose kids are already tugging at their parents to get on the rides.

At Tivoli, we’re more than 2,200 dedicated colleagues, all working together to create enchanting and engaging experiences for our guests. We have a strong team spirit and a shared goal, and our joy and enthusiasm are infectious.
With us, your passion and skills are what matter most - not your last name, gender, or age. No matter who we are or what we do at Tivoli, we’re all equally important in keeping the rides spinning and the magic alive.
