As a token of appreciation for our valued shareholders, Tivoli Gardens offers an exclusive Shareholder Card. This card grants you complimentary access to the enchanting gardens and allows you to bring one guest free of charge each day.

Additionally, up to two children aged 3-7 can join you at no extra cost. For families with more than two children, the standard child entry fee applies to each additional child. Children under 3 years old always enjoy free admission to Tivoli Gardens.

About the Tivoli Shareholder Card

To be eligible for a Shareholder Card, you must own at least 100 registered shares consolidated within a single Danish depository account, as reflected in the Central Securities Depository’s online share register, which is our exclusive data source. In addition, your email address must be registered in the Investor Portal, which can be found here. If your shares are registered in your name and your email address registered in the Investor Portal, we will manage the entire process, so you don’t need to contact us or submit any documentation. Please note that only one personalised Shareholder Card can be issued per individual, regardless of the number of shares or accounts held.

If Tivoli shares are owned by a company (e.g., a joint-stock or holding company), this ownership will not be reflected in the Central Securities Depository’s online share register. In this case, please inform us of the designated recipient for the Shareholder Card. The company must still be registered to be eligible.

To provide us with this information, please send an email to investor@tivoli.dk, including your Investor ID, name, address, and depository account number.

Once the card has been issued, you will receive a notification via email. To access your Shareholder Card, please download the Tivoli app and create a 'My Tivoli' profile using the email address registered in the Investor Portal. The card will automatically be linked to your profile.

Please allow up to five business days for your Shareholder Card to be issued after we verify your shareholding in the Central Securities Depository’s online share register. 

Membership will be terminated if eligibility requirements are no longer met.

If you wish to receive a physical Shareholder Card, please visit the Tivoli Service Center located at the Main Entrance. Remember to bring the email you received containing your Shareholder Card.

Once you meet the eligibility requirements, your membership will be automatically activated, and you will receive an email with your Shareholder Card. Please allow up to five business days for your Shareholder Card to be issued after your shareholding information appears in the Central Securities Depository’s online share register.

The Shareholder Card offers the same valuable rights and benefits as a Tivoli Silver Card. Your Shareholder Card is reusable and will not be reissued for each season.

If you haven’t received your Shareholder Card, first confirm with your bank that your shares are still registered in your name. To be eligible, you must own at least 100 shares, all held within the same account.

Share registration typically lapses if you’ve changed banks or transferred the shares to another individual.

Next, please verify that your email address is registered in the Investor Portal, which can be accessed here.

Once you’ve confirmed your share registration, please send an email to investor@tivoli.dk with your membership number, name, address, and account number.

Please allow up to five business days for your Shareholder Card to be dispatched after we verify your shareholding in the Central Securities Depository’s online share register.

First, confirm with your bank that your shares are registered in your name. To be eligible for a Shareholder Card, you must own at least 100 shares held within the same account.
Once the registration is complete, your information will be visible in the Central Securities Depository’s online share register, which we use to verify share ownership. 

Next, please verify that your email address is registered in the Investor Portal, which can be accessed here.

Please be advised that shares can only be viewed in the Securities Center after the value date, and it may take up to five business days from the moment Tivoli is able to access the shareholding information in the Securities Center’s online register before the card can be issued.

No, the Shareholder Card can only be issued in a single name, which must match the name on the share registration. If the Tivoli Gardens shares are owned by a company (e.g., a joint-stock or holding company), this ownership is not reflected in the Central Securities Depository’s online share register. Therefore, we require notification of the designated cardholder.
