Tivoli Celebrates Iceland’s Constitution Day

Concert at the Open-Air Stage

Festive, Welcoming, and Full of Fun – Come and Join the Celebration!

For the fourth year in a row, Tivoli Gardens is delighted to honour Icelandic culture and music with a festive celebration of Iceland’s Constitution Day.

In keeping with tradition, Tivoli will be decorated with colourful bunting, and a large-scale knitting project – initiated by Jónshús and brought to life by volunteers from across the Nordic region – will be on display. Children, women, and men alike have contributed handmade pieces, all created especially for Tivoli.

Icelandic market stalls will be open all day in front of the Open-Air Stage, offering Nordic treats and crafts. From the afternoon onwards, the celebration continues with a programme of workshops, concerts and a speech by the Icelandic Ambassador to Denmark.
