Known for his charm and energy from Danish National Broadcasting’s classical music quiz, Faber will spread joy and beautiful music alongside soprano Louise McClelland.

For four consecutive Sundays, the Open-Air Stage will come alive with some of the most enchanting classical music—and you can help decide what’s played! Audience participation ensures each concert is a unique experience. One thing is certain: the lineup will feature works by Mozart, Brahms, and Grieg, along with the beloved, joyful compositions of H.C. Lumbye. With Phillip Faber’s infectious energy, sunshine and good spirits are all but guaranteed.

The 16:00 concerts will showcase orchestral music at its best, enhanced by festive and playful elements. At the 13:00 concerts, the spotlight will be on Denmark’s rising star, soprano Louise McClelland. This Danish-New Zealand talent, part of the Royal Danish Theatre’s Young Artist Programme and named P2 Talent of the Year 2024, has already captured hearts with her stunning voice. She has even been featured in the documentary The Next Diva. 
Poised for a stellar career, McClelland’s golden voice will fill the gardens for four Sundays in a row, blending perfectly with the summer sun. We’re thrilled to welcome her to the Tivoli stage, where she’ll create unforgettable musical moments in the company of the Tivoli Copenhagen Phil and the ever-spirited Phillip Faber.
