The Nutcracker

The classic ballet returns.

Tivoli is proud to be able to present this production of the classic Christmas ballet The Nutcracker for the 6th time. Queen Margrethe is behind the show's scenography and costumes, and Tivoli's Ballet Director Peter Bo Bendixen has created the choreography. The Nutcracker is accompanied by Tivoli's own symphony orchestra, the Tivoli Copenhagen Phil, which will have 68 musicians in the orchestra pit at each performance.

This version of The Nutcracker has Tivoli anno 1874 as the frame. The Christmas story of The Nutcracker is a true classic, full of adventure and magic for children and their families. The show can also be recommended for international guests.
