For this communal dining event, chef Dak Wichangoen will take all the wonderful ingredients that the Limfjorden inlet and its coastal surroundings of North Jutland have to offer and add a touch of warmth. Expect familiar ingredients, reimagined in a new flavor universe designed to stir old memories, create new ones, and, above all, inspire you in the kitchen.
Dak Wichangoen is a passionate chef, classically trained under Jesper and Michael Koch in Aarhus, but with roots in Thai cuisine. For Dak, food is a way of life—a form of self-expression and a way to connect with others, creating lasting memories around the table.
She is also a prominent figure on the television program MasterChef.
