At the height of wild garlic season, Jørgen and Anne from Det Vilde Køkken in Klint invite you to a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn to make the most of this wonderful herb found in forests and parks.

 

You’ll become familiar with wild garlic: what it is, how to identify it, and how to forage it responsibly in nature.

 

During the workshop, you’ll learn to make The Wild Kitchen’s popular tzatziki using the stalks of wild garlic, which we’ll enjoy together on the spot with their house-made sourdough bread. You’ll also learn how to ferment the leaves and take home a small jar to enjoy later.

 

Naturally, you’ll also receive the recipes, so all that’s left is to head out into nature and forage your own wild garlic!
