Workshop in botanical art printing

Workshop in botanical art printing
Learn to preserve the natural forms of the outdoors
Take part in a creative and inspiring workshop focused on botanical prints made from plants and flowers.
You’ll receive a basic introduction to the technique, along with access to pre-pressed flowers suitable for printing, as well as guidance on colour mixing.
Each participant will have the chance to experiment, develop their own visual expression, and explore the art of printmaking.
Nina Ryhede from Gua Grande Studio—an expert in botanical art printing—will guide you through the process of creating beautiful botanical prints. The workshop includes A4 watercolour paper, watercolour paints, and a selection of flowers and plants. You’re also welcome to bring your own dried flowers and plants if you wish.
No prior artistic skills are required. However, as the printing press reaches very high temperatures, children must be at least 8 years old and may only participate if accompanied by an adult. Bubbly and snacks will be served during the session.
