In the HTH Live Kitchen, Anna Guy will introduce you to a range of delicious dishes that spotlight tofu and butter beans – two nutritious and versatile plant-based ingredients.

On the menu: wraps with crispy tofu, butter bean spread, and fresh tomatoes, as well as stir-fried broccoli with sesame. Anna will demonstrate how plant-based cooking can be both easy and tasty, and how you can incorporate healthy meals into a busy daily routine.

Anna Guy is the founder of VegAnna, a catering company she launched in 2023 with a focus on flavorful, nourishing plant-based meals. She is a trained nutrition assistant with many years of culinary experience, including roles as sous-chef at Meyers Frokostkøkken and kitchen manager for the City of Copenhagen.
