HTH Live Kitchen with Enayatullah Safi
Experience authentic Indian cuisine
Learn to prepare a delightful lentil-based daal with cauliflower, served in a flavorful tomato and onion sauce, using the magic of Indian spices.
At the HTH Live Kitchen, you’ll get tips on how to mix spices, cook perfect rice using simple techniques, and make pakora—a vegetable fritter made with chickpea flour—and a chutney with mint, coriander, chili, and fresh mango.
Enayatullah Safi, who grew up with authentic Indian food culture and deepened his knowledge through many stays in India, will share his expertise. Indian cuisine has a long tradition of flavourful and intense vegetarian dishes where spices take centre stage—a rich source of inspiration for delicious meals that don’t rely on meat.
Born in Afghanistan but a resident of Denmark for 24 years, Enayatullah Safi is a chef and founder of Dhaba Indian Kitchen, with a deep love for Indian cuisine, Indian culture, and Bollywood films. He is also the author of Dhaba Walla, a cookbook featuring 100 recipes from Indian cuisine.
